This gives my version, which is a completely different opinion than that of the widely distributed article which used some of my material. This is my take on the issue and why I think the other author's arguments just don't carry and convince me.

The Philatelic Establishment

This explains why I've quit a whole bunch of philatelic organizations. Some of them, especially in Germany, are so bureaucratized that I just didn't see why I should pay for the privilege of being ignored or even worse.
